Redeem eBook With Redemption Code

How do I access my eBook?

As soon as your online order is processed you will receive your redeemable eBook Access Code on the second email confirmation with Subject Line: "Complete/eBooks." Visit online.vitalsource.com to access your eBook.  Use the twenty digit alphanumeric code provided on your second email confirmation with Subject Line: "Complete/eBooks" to begin your eBook subscription.

Note: If you are using an iOS device and have a redemption code, you will need to redeem the code through online.vitalsource.com before you can access it in the app.



Redeeming a VitalSource code

1. Sign into Bookshelf using your email address and password or create an account. MAKE SURE YOU USE THE SAME EMAIL ADDRESS YOU USED WHEN YOU ORDERED YOUR CODE! Your eBook is connected to that email address.



2. Click Redeem Codes on the homepage or click Tools ( Tools.png ) > Redeem Codes in the menu bar along the top of the page.



3. Add your redemption code to the code box and click Redeem. To redeem multiple codes, click the Add multiple codes button and redeem up to 100 codes.



4. Your library will update with your new book(s). Refreshing your library may take a few minutes. Note: You can manually update your app by clicking on  Tools ( Tools.png ) > Update Library in the menu bar along the top of the page.



5. Tap on a book cover to read it.
